The Orlando Harley-Davidson / SeaWorld Virtual Scavenger Hunt Contest is an official Orlando Harley-Davidson contest in conjunction with SeaWorld Orlando. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

CONTEST DESCRIPTION
Participants of the Orlando Harley-Davidson / SeaWorld Virtual Scavenger Hunt Contest will be required to go to Orlando Harley-Davidson Facebook page to find out the image (Bands, Brews and BBQ at SeaWorld Orlando Logo) they will need to find on the Orlando Harley-Davidson website. Participants will then need to search through the Orlando Harley-Davidson motorcycle inventory pages to locate the image on five (5) different pages. Participants will then make note of the five (5) stock numbers of the motorcycles they found the image. Once participants locate all required stock numbers, they will be directed to a registration form to register to win a Family Four Pack of tickets to SeaWorld Orlando. Participants must provide all five (5) stock numbers to be eligible to win.

CONTEST PRIZE
Five (5) winners will receive a Family Four (4) Pack of tickets valid for admission to SeaWorld Orlando theme parks through March 31, 2012.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
Orlando Harley-Davidson / SeaWorld Virtual Scavenger Hunt Contest is open to all visitors of Orlando Harley-Davidson website and Facebook page between February 6-February 10, 2012, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Orlando Harley-Davidson and participating sponsors/promotional partners and members of their immediate families or households are ineligible to participate or win.

SELECTION OF WINNERS
Orlando Harley-Davidson / SeaWorld Virtual Scavenger Hunt Contest will take place at the Orlando Harley-Davidson websites (orlandoharley.com) and Facebook page (facebook.com/orlandharley) between February 6-February 10, 2012. Visitors of the website who wish to participate in the contest should fill out the website registration form with the required stock numbers found on the motorcycle inventory pages. All entries must be received by 5pm on Friday, February 10, 2012. One (1) winner per day will be randomly chosen out of all eligible entries starting on Monday, February 6, 2012 and ending Friday, February 10, 2012. A representative from the Orlando Harley-Davidson Marketing Department will contact the winners by phone or e-mail within 1-2 business days of winning for prize details. If for any reason a winner is unable to accept the prize an alternate winner will be chosen. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.

CONDITIONS
a. No purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.

b. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Winner(s) may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9, 1099, or the equivalent.

c. By participating in the contest, the winner(s) agree to have their name, voice or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release confirming such consent where permitted by law before delivery of the prize.

d. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, Orlando Harley-Davidson in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold Orlando Harley-Davidson, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

e. Orlando Harley-Davidson reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.

f. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification at the sole discretion of the Orlando Harley-Davidson.

g. All winners must be able to pick up tickets from our Historic Factory Dealership at 3770 37th Street, Orlando, FL 32805.

h. If winner(s) do not pick up tickets by March 5, 2012, they forfeit their prize and an alternative winner will be randomly chosen from eligible participants.

The boxes will be located at the coffee bar at each location. All entries must be received by 5pm on Friday, February 3, 2012. One (1) winner per box per location will be chosen out of all eligible entries on Monday, February 6, 2012. A representative from the Orlando Harley-Davidson Marketing Department will contact the winners by phone or e-mail within 1-2 business days of winning for prize details.
