Motorcycle Escort from Host Hotel

For an incremental charge, a group of 3-5 motorcyclists (employees of Orlando Harley-Davidson, and number of riders depending on number of buses) can meet your group’s buses at your hotel, and escort them to the Historic Factory, while your guests watch a DVD of Harley-Davidson motorcycle adventures.

“Motorcycle Roar” for Arriving Buses or Guests

For an incremental charge, a group of 10 motorcycles will flank the front entrance of the Historic Factory and rev their engines as your guests arrive. The motorcycle roar is the perfect way to launch your guests into the world of Harley.

Escorted Motorcycle Rides (Back of Bike)

For an incremental charge, everyone (wearing closed toed shoes and long pants) can climb on back of a real Harley, and let your special Harley rider escort take your guests on a ten minute ride on local roads in the vicinity of the dealership. Helmets are provided; but guests must be informed in advance that closed toed shoes and leg covering clothing are required. The cost is based on a unit of 5 motorcycles.

Uniquely Theme Your Party with Harley-Davidson® clothing and accessories

Get everyone in gear with Harley-Davidson® clothing. We can suggest Tee-shirts, jackets, dew-rags, and other evocative items. To be even more special, you can meet with our General Merchandise director and select from a list of Harley-Davidson clothing and accessories that can be personalized with your group’s logo (6 weeks notice and full payment required). We provide value pricing for this special clothing and accessories, and should be negotiated directly with our special representative. Items that have been given to guests have included: T-Shirts, Nylon Racing Jackets, Dew-Rags, Can Coolies, etc. If you have an idea, we will try to make it happen for you.

Approved Vendors

Because we are a privately owned business, we work with specific Orlando-based vendors and suppliers who respect our space as the shrine to Harley-Davidson that it is, and has met careful screening criteria; who have successfully worked in our space; and provided the high quality party that is consistent with your guests expectations and our brand and dealership image.

We can provide contact names and information so that you can directly plan your party and negotiate price. The particular vendor is responsible for the set-up, implementation and all related staff. Your contract for the particular service is directly with the “partner,”

and Orlando Harley is not responsible for execution of that contract. Additional insurance may be required by Orlando Harley depending on the services that you are contracting.

Typical Menus

There is no such thing as typical Harley menus. But then, many Harley parties tend to be based on “road food”, the food that one eats as they are riding across country. But that doesn’t mean you can’t break the mold. Harley is about being an individual. Each of our caterers has hosted a variety of parties, with different menus, at different price points. They can help you find the appropriate menu for your organization, and address any dietary restrictions your group may have.
